Regional Site Supervisor
Visits every partner site weekly, covers call-outs personally and runs the coach onboarding academy each August.
Focus: Coach staffing, ratios and daily site quality
Family Engagement Coordinator
Handles enrollment forms, weekly family updates and the hotline so your front office is not fielding program questions.
Focus: Registration, handbooks and bilingual communication
Lead Coach — Flag Football & Speed
Former collegiate receiver who builds the competition blocks athletes talk about all week.
Focus: Skill instruction for grades 4–9
Lead Coach — Elementary Movement
Specialises in first-time athletes and adaptive participation so every child on the roster plays.
Focus: Fundamental movement for grades K–3
